We moved our company’s first formal office location in June. From the first day the property administrator has been helpful at every level: the move in, assistance with obtaining our Certificate of Occupancy, internet setup, glass door plaque and so on. Even now they helped me with collecting our mail in a timely manner prior to our month end cash collections. She went straight to the postal worker and pulled our mail for our suite that day, so I can ensure we collected all remittance checks before I left for the day. I feel like they should be on our company payroll at times! They go above and beyond for us, which I’m sure she does for other clients. Please hire more people like them!

I have worked at the Silver Star Properties San Antonio location since 2002. Our office space has increased over the years form one section of a floor to the entire floor and almost half of another floor as our firm has increased with size. With the increase in size of personnel and space, we have had many occasions to work with the Silver Star Properties Management Team. Coordinating expansions/renovations, new furniture, equipment, etc. – we’ve seen it all. One thing I have experienced over the years is the willingness on the part of Silver Star Properties to help in smoothing out our requests and always being helpful. We have had issues over the years with temperature, cleanliness, expansions. The management team has always been quick to respond to these issues. We realize there will always be issues that arise, due to the area we rent – but one thing we are confident in is that this team will respond to resolve those matters.
