Alamo Drafthouse signs a fifteen year lease at Richardson Heights Shopping Center.
Al Hartman, an affiliate of Hartman Income REIT, a Houston based Real Estate Investment Trust, announced today, the completion of a 15-year lease with Alamo Drafthouse. Alamo Drafthouse will occupy 30,000 sq. ft. at Richardson Heights Shopping Center, located on Interstate 75 and Beltline in Richardson, Texas.
Alamo Drafthouse – The Alamo Drafthouse Cinema is an American cinema chain founded in 1997 in Austin, Texas that is famous for its strict policy of requiring its audiences to maintain proper cinema going etiquette. The company began as a second-run movie theater and then distinguished itself by the food and drink service offered inside the theatre which includes cold beers. It has screens in nine locations across Texas, one in Winchester, Virginia, and four more to be built in San Francisco, New York City, Littleton, Colorado, and Ashburn, Virginia. Its headquarters is located in Austin
