Global Processing Signs a New Lease at The Preserve

Houston, TX, January 4, 2001: Hartman Income REIT, a Houston based Real Estate Investment Trust, announced today the completion of a 5-year lease to Global Broadcasting. Global Broadcasting will lease 14,697 square feet of office space at The Preserve at North Loop, which is located at 2010 North Loop West. Tammy Wiltz represented the owner.
