Amerivet, San Antonio’s Business of the Year Relocates HQ to Hartman’s Energy Plaza Building
San Antonio Business Journal’s Business of the Year and Veterinary Corporation, Amerivet, has relocated and expanded its headquarters to a 7-story office building owned and operated by commercial real estate firm, Hartman Income REIT.
The new Amerivet custom space consists of 10,000SF of office space. It is located at Hartman’s Energy Plaza office building at the Loop 410 Hwy 281 interchange in San Antonio. The build-out was overseen by David Strickland, a Senior Construction Manager at Hartman, and features three state of the art conference rooms, an elaborate kitchen with subway tile and undermount lighting, an executive coffee bar, office gym, pet play area, game room, two private rooms with custom murals, 15 TV’s, and topped off, literally, with a custom wood ceiling.
Speaking about the company’s growth in an interview with the San Antonio Business Journal, Amerivet’s CEO Thomas Thill commented, “I would characterize Amerivet’s success in 2020 as remarkable and resilient,” CEO Thomas Thill said.
Amerivet’s new home, Energy Plaza office building, is also home to the San Antonio Petroleum Club, an award-winning and prestigious private members only club in San Antonio.
Kacie Skeen facilitated the lease deal on behalf of the landlord, Hartman Income REIT.
Updated: November 2022 – Since moving in, Amerivet signed an expansion occupying two full floors at the property.
