- Hartman Income REIT, Inc., a Houston based Real Estate Investment Trust, announced today that Hartman Prestonwood Properties LLC, an affiliate, has purchased Prestonwood Park Shopping Center from Regency Centers, LP.
- Prestonwood Park SC – A 101,167 square foot, two (2) building retail center is located at the highly desirable intersection of Park Boulevard and Midway Road in Plano Texas.
- Lead tenants at Prestonwood Park include: Cedar’s Woodfire Grill, a freshly grilled, casual dining restaurant, Sprint Nextel, the 3rd largest telecommunications company in the U.S., Domino’s Pizza, the 2nd largest pizza chain in the U.S., Subway, the largest single-brand global restaurant chain and Sally’s Beauty Supply, an international specialty retailer of professional beauty supplies retailer.
- Prestonwood Parks Shopping Center is located is the northeast corner of Park Boulevard. and Midway Road. and is currently 68.5% occupied. Prestonwood Park enjoys an unassailable position in the heart of the Plano submarket, in Dallas’ affluent northern suburbs. The center has unparalleled access to a coveted submarket that is a proven force for generating retail sales.
