- Hartman Income REIT, Inc., a Houston based Real Estate Investment Trust, announced today that Hartman FMIG LLC, an affiliate, has sold the Firestone, Fort Myers to Albert R Bellio & Dean Joseph Bellio, LLC. Julian Kwok, CCIM represented the seller Hartman FMIG, LLC and Greg Bartell with Remax Realty represented the buyer.
